About Insurance, Scheduling an Appointment, and Philosophy

At Judy Fujimura’s main office location, 325 Broadway, Suite 503 (map), appointments are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Judy also sees clients in Greenwich, CT on Thursdays. Morning, afternoon, and evening appointments are available.

Judy’s fee is $120 per 60-minute session. A professional courtesy fee of $90 may be offered to clients with special circumstances. Payment is expected at the time of each session, in cash or by check.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 917-584-7107, any time between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 917-584-7107. Clients are expected to pay $120 for late cancellations.

The privacy of your health care information deserves to be protected. Therefore, Judy Fujimura’s practice conforms to the highest standards of confidentiality.

Judy Fujimura is not associated with any insurance carriers. However, an invoice for service can be provided containing all of the information needed to submit an out-of-network claim.
